Catherine MacWillie is the CEO of Custody Calculations and a Child Custody and Divorce Coach. She has 32 years experience dealing with Family Law. 24 years as a law enforcement officer responding to radio calls dealing with divorce and custody issues and a first responder to child abuse investigations in addition to other related assignments. She spent ten years researching Family Law and divorce including cause, effect, impact, solutions to the many issues that arise during divorce and custody proceedings.     I’m interested to hear what is said. As far as should we put juries in the court room. The question should be why are they not holding to the Constitution and putting juries in the court room? Why is our government allowing two different styles of courts? One of which doesn’t adhere to a set of laws that are equal to all citizens ? Why is there no over sight to see if the family courts are ruling in a impartial way?

    What I have a very difficult conflict with in our existing plague of PAS is the need to diagnose the child who has been exposed to adult misbehavior. Further harming the child. The Alienator(s) (“Custodial Parent” following unconstitutional violation to parent & child relationship) diagnosed seems more appropriate. We “alienated” tend to document what occured, facts are less work. Adult kids are less work this way too.
    The drama these inflated ego’s create to simply withold a healthy relationship out of spite, is THIS BIG!
    Define aiding & abeding by national definition…
